Returns & Cancellation Policy

We offer refunds only if you receive a faulty product but not for change of mind. If due to poor packaging your product has been damaged in transit, we may offer a refund if claimed within the first 24hrs of receiving with photographed proof. 

No refunds on sale items. 

Please note that as the gemstones are a natural product, slight variations in size, and colour may occur, even between stones from the same batch. When selecting the gemstones for your pieces I will endeavour to ensure colour and size consistency as much as possible.
